Service Policies
*If client books an appointment & does NOT hold that appointment a $35 cancellation is required. This fee must be paid in full before booking any addition appointments.
*Payment is due on the scheduled day of service.
*Cell Phone needs to be silenced/ placed on vibrate during session.
* You WILL NOT lay undraped during the session for the privacy/ wellness of the client, therapist also state law requirement. If for any reason client/therapist feels uncomfortable during the session the therapist will cease the massage session & end the massage session.
*Appointment must be booked to receive service. Last minute opening will be available on Anointed Massage Therapy facebook page www.facebook.com/AnointedMassageTherapy1. You may also book appointments via www.AnointedMassageTherapy.com webpage & through phone call.
*A client intake form will be filled out by all clients & all session will documented under soap notes.
Late Policy
*If client is late WITHOUT a call within 15 minutes from scheduled appointment time client will need to reschedule. A $30 cancellation fee will be required. Cancellation fee must be paid in full before booking any addition appointments.
*Client is able to arrive late WITH call. However that time will be deducted from service (Ex: Clients appointment is at 5pm (for a 1hour massage) & client arrives at 5:30pm. Client will only get a 30 minute massage & is required to pay the full 1 hour service).
*If client arrives late to an appointment those minutes will be deducted from service & client will be required to pay the total service price. (Ex: If client arrived 15 minutes late & has booked a 1 hour session. Client will receive a 45 minute service & will be required to pay the full 1 hour service)
*If client is more than 30 minutes late WITH CALL. The appointment will be canceled & $30 cancellation fee is required. Cancellation fee must be paid in full before booking any addition appointments.
New clients
*Client is asked to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time to fill out the client intake form.
*Client must book an appointment to receive service. Same day appointments are available online. Through www.AnointedMassageTherapy.com, www.schedulicity.com also through Anointed Massage Therapy face book page www.facebook.com/AnointedMassageTherapy1 & through phone call.
Gift Certificate
*If client has a gift certificate & it is NOT redeemed within a 6 month period it is NON redeemable & is NON refundable.
*If client has a gift certificate & arrives late to appointment that time will be deducted from gift certificate. (Ex: If you have a 1 hour gift certificate & arrive 15 minutes late. You will receive 45 minute service).
*Gift certificate must be redeem during 1 visit only (Ex: If client has an 1 hour gift certificate the gift certificate can NOT be redeemed into (2) 30 minute sessions, (4) 15 minute session or (6) 10 minute sessions.)
*If client has a gift certificate & does NOT hold appointment a $30 cancellation is required. Cancellation fee must be paid in full before booking any addition appointments.
*If client has a gift certificate it must be presented at the time of the service to be redeemed. If client schedules an appointment to redeem a gift certificate & arrive without the gift certificate client will be required to pay for the service & use the gift certificate at another time.
*No misconduct will be allowed or tolerated. (Ex: Being rude or disrespectful. You will be asked to return on a different day & your appointment will be cancelled)
Body Wraps
*A $30 holding fee is required to hold all body wrap appointments. This fee will be credited toward service once client arrives & receives service. However if client does Not show the fee is NON refundable. If client is NOT able to hold appointment & calls with proper advance notice fee is refundable.
